01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting inquiries through, or confirming reservations via Darling Muse International (the "Agency", "We", "Our"), you (the "Client", "Member", or "User") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree in full with every term, condition, and code of conduct stipulated herein, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our concierge, accessing our talent portfolios, or engaging any model represented on our roster.

02. Agency Scope & Matchmaking Mission

Darling Muse International operates as a boutique, bespoke millionaire matchmaking and luxury companion introductory agency. We represent an elite collection of fashion and commercial models, actresses, international entertainers, corporate achievers, and private contract aviation crew.

We explicitly do NOT operate as a mainstream, street, or by-the-hour escort dispatch. Our purpose is the curation of high-society romantic dining dates, exclusive travel companionship, prestigious gala accompaniments, and private weekend retreats where chemistry, mutual respect, and intellectual alignment flourish.

03. Membership Eligibility & Thorough Screening

To maintain the sanctuary of our agency and ensure mutual physical and legal safety, all prospective clients must satisfy rigorous screening prerequisites:

• Age Verification: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid, unexpired government photographic identification is mandatory for initial registration.
• Consultation Protocol: First-time clients must complete a welcome consultation via secure email or private telephone appointment with our personal female matchmaker to assess aesthetic expectations, schedule parameters, and lifestyle suitability.
• Celebrity Tier Eligibility: The privilege of reserving dates with Celebrity Tier talent (actresses, film stars, major influencers, and world-class entertainers) is restricted exclusively to vetted members. Additional professional vetting or private executive references may be required.
• Right to Decline: Darling Muse International reserves the unilateral right to decline representation, membership, or booking requests without obligation to articulate underlying rationale.

04. Booking Protocol, Fees & Financial Retainers

All bookings are confirmed exclusively following receipt of the requisite agency retainer deposit. Fees vary according to the tier of talent (Premium, Elite, or Celebrity), duration, and geographic deployment.

• Advance Retainers: A non-refundable agency management retainer must be settled in advance to secure talent scheduling and hold dates on talent availability calendars.
• Settlement of Balance: Remaining companion fees and concierge disbursements must be settled in full prior to the commencement of the engagement via approved discreet banking wires, verified corporate settlements, or secure merchant gateways.
• Discreet Invoicing: All billing descriptors and corporate receipts reflect discreet lifestyle management, corporate consulting, or travel advisory services.
• Travel & Incidentals: For VIP Travel Companionship and Weekend Indulgences, the client is solely responsible for first-class or private aviation, bespoke private suites (separate accommodation unless mutually and explicitly agreed otherwise), chauffeur transportation, fine dining, and entertainment expenses.

05. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Protocols

Due to the extraordinary professional calendars of our talent, who balance modelling bookings, film shoots, and corporate commitments, cancellation policies are strictly enforced:

• Cancellations with > 48 Hours Notice: The engagement may be rescheduled within sixty (60) days without forfeit of the management deposit, subject to talent schedule alignment.
• Cancellations with < 48 Hours Notice: The management deposit is forfeited in full to compensate the talent for reserved time and lost alternative commercial contracts.
• Travel Engagements: Travel bookings canceled within seven (7) days of departure incur full liability for non-recoverable flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and seventy-five percent (75%) of the companion's scheduled retainer.

06. Etiquette & Chivalry Code ("Call Us Old Fashioned")

We believe firmly that chivalry is not dead. Our clientele comprises sophisticated gentlemen who appreciate timeless courtesy, elegant manners, and exemplary decorum inspired by the grand cinematic romances of classic cinema.

Clients are expected to treat companions with utmost courtesy, gentility, and chivalrous respect. Companions arrive cultured, stylishly attired, and poised; in turn, clients are expected to host with grace and refinement. Appropriate social dress codes apply to all dining and public engagements.

07. Zero Tolerance Policy & Immediate Termination

The safety, dignity, and autonomy of both our talent and our clientele are sacred. Darling Muse International maintains an uncompromising Zero Tolerance policy regarding:

• Any form of physical, verbal, or emotional disrespect, aggression, coercion, or harassment.
• The introduction, request for, or consumption of illegal narcotics or illicit substances during any engagement.
• Excessive intoxication resulting in ungentlemanly behavior or public disturbance.
• Any assumption of unconditional entitlements; personal boundaries, mutual consent, and dignified autonomy are non-negotiable at all times.

In the event of an etiquette or safety violation, the companion retains absolute authority to terminate the engagement immediately. In such circumstances, no refund shall be issued, and the client's membership will be permanently revoked.

08. Strict Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Neither party shall photograph, audio-record, film, or broadcast any aspect of an engagement without express written consent. Any unauthorized recording or digital transmission constitutes a severe breach of common law privacy and statutory image rights, entitling the aggrieved party to injunctive relief and punitive damages.

All trademarks, logos, photography, editorial text, and proprietary layouts on this website belong exclusively to Darling Muse International and may not be reproduced without written permission.

09. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Concierge Vendors

While our Concierge is delighted to curate itineraries featuring bespoke luxury getaways, luxury villas, private aviation, and yacht charters, Darling Muse acts solely as an introductory facilitator. We assume no liability for third-party transportation delays, venue service failures, personal injury, or loss of personal effects.

10. Governing Law & Private Arbitration

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales for European engagements, and the State of New York for American and Caribbean engagements, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through private, confidential binding arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) or the American Arbitration Association (AAA), ensuring complete protection from public court disclosure.
